Spaghetti is the icon of pasta in the world. Ours are the result of a mixture of selected durum wheats, artisanal bronze processing and slow drying.
A high quality pasta, rough and porous, with an extraordinary ability to retain sauces, to be enjoyed both with a simple seasoning of garlic, oil and chilli pepper and with more elaborate sauces.
