This cuvée combines the flavors of North and South: Ciaculli mandarins ripened under the blue skies of Sicily and apples from Kohl orchard kissed by the mountain sun. The distinctive mountain apple juice gives the cuvée its structure, while the aromatic mandarin creates sweet and sour flavor notes on the palate.

Aromatic, fresh with an intriguing interplay of sweet and sour, persistent finish.

Highly recommended : with summer salads, vegetarian dishes, shellfish and crustaceans, cakes and pastries.

Ingredients : mountain apple juice (75%) & mandarin juice (25%).

Kohl mountain apple juices are carefully pasteurised for long life but contain no preservatives, additives or added sugar. Nor do they contain any animal-derived ingredients or genetically modified products. Kohl mountain apple juices also bear the European Vegetarian Union's V-label.
