Apple vinegar is a product obtained from different varieties of apples grown in Italy. The apple juice is fermented and subsequently acidified in stainless steel containers. The taste is very delicate and suitable for any type of preparation. The aroma is delicate and sweet, naturally fruity and with a slight acidity.
