A green ketchup? Thanks to the creativity of Nonno Andrea, the legendary American ketchup was finally revised the Italian way.

Nonno Andrea makes its green ketchup by hand from green tomatoes and celery, adding spices, cane sugar and organic apple cider vinegar. It is prepared at low temperature in vacuum cooking, with the use of many types of Biodiversity Friend certified vegetables.

With its strong spicy flavour, this sauce goes perfectly well with cheeses and cold cuts ; it's the ultimate sauce for our gourmet sandwiches and meatballs!

We love to pair it with: grilled food, soft cheese and sushi.

Ingredients : green tomato, fennel, organic apple vinegar, onion, organic cane sugar, celery , hot pepper, unrefined salt, garlic, ginger, spices, aromatic herbs.
