A purple ketchup? Thanks to the creativity of Nonno Andrea, the legendary American ketchup was finally revised the Italian way.

Nonno Andrea makes his purple ketchup by hand from Radicchio di Treviso, plums and onions , adding spices, cane sugar and organic apple cider vinegar. It is prepared at low temperature in vacuum cooking, with the use of many types of Biodiversity Friend certified vegetables.

With its fruity flavor and the slightly bitter notes of radicchio, this sauce perfectly complements fish dishes, roasted meat and carpaccio ; it is the ultimate sauce for our chips!
