A heart of hazelnut and chocolate cream, wrapped by a chocolate shell and plunged into cocoa or icing sugar: the artisanal manufacturing and the high quality of the ingredients make these truffles small treasures of taste.

T'a Milano truffles are truly exceptional, above all thanks to the high quality of the raw materials used in their creation. The process is carried out entirely by hand by our maitre chocolatiers who first create a heart of cream (cocoa, hazelnut, white chocolate, depending on taste) possibly enriched with pistachio, orange, rum, then immerse it in the melted chocolate, so that, by cooling, you create a crunchy shell around it and then dip it in cocoa powder or icing sugar, which covers the truffle and makes it unique and unmistakable.

Ingredients: dark chocolate (15,5%): cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla aroma. Cocoa 55% min. Filling (76,8%): HAZELNUT cream (54,8%) (HAZELNUT, sucrose, cocoa butter), cocoa cream (fat reduced powdered cocoa, refined PEANUTS oil, sugar, cocoa mass, powdered skimmed MILK, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, aromas), HAZELNUT paste (7,7%), cocoa, orange essential oil (0,5%). Decoration (7.7%): cocoa.
