Crushed dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.

This preparation, made with a base of finely chopped dried tomatoes, is pleasantly flavored with strongly aromatic ingredients, such as basil, parsley, onion, garlic, and oregano.

Highly recommended : spread on bread, bruschettas and filling gourmet sandwiches. Excellent also for twisting a pasta sauce or seasoning soups.

Ingredients : extra virgin olive oil, dried tomatoes, peeled tomatoes, basil, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano.

Storage : keep the closed product at room temperature. After opening, keep in the fridge, covering the remaining product with quality extra virgin olive oil, and consume within a couple of days.
