It's a new Tartuflanghe product that combines the strong personality of mustard with the unmistakable scent of white truffle, joined together by the delicacy of honey.

The sweet note given by the honey, and the light spicy taste of the mustard's grain, ally with white truffle in order to give that specific touch of finesse to each course.

Highly recommended: perfect for meat and fish dishes both raw and cooked, for the BBQ, for marinating a slice of salmon or hot dog and finger food. Realizing a chef dish or preparation has never been so easy: carpaccio, tartare, hamburger, white meats such as chicken or rabbit, club sandwich, salmon -both raw or cooked-, smoky herrings, but also vegetables.
