The gray salt from Guérande is still hand-harvested using wooden tools, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic.

Wooden tools are used during harvesting so as not to contaminate the purity of this extraordinary salt, so sought after by gourmets all over the world.

We have added some slices of black truffle to this extraordinary sea salt and the result is a versatile condiment.

Highly recommended: excellent to season all your cold and warm dishes, such as pasta, risotto, eggs, omelettes, meat fillets, barbecue steaks, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, cheese potatoes, salads, vegetables, sushi and foie gras.
