Bo Bakery has a long history.

It was founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in Piedmont in the heart of Monferrato.

From a small village bakery, in just a few decades the Bo company has transformed into a modern artisan structure capable of satisfying the many market demands while maintaining respect for traditions.

The love for good food and for "handmade" artisanal products has meant that the recipes handed down from generation to generation can be recognized for their "quality and authenticity"
