The place that saw the birth of our idea: processing apples as one does with wine. Accompany their juice, which is an expression of the aroma of our land, on its journey to the glass. Giving an innovative vision, through new eyes, to what already exists. We are convinced: the Renon plateau, in the heart of Alto Adige, is the ideal place to create unique mountain apple juices.
